Our client is well known hotel chain operating across the market covering the budget, mid-level and luxury sector and they are currently one of the fastest expanding brands across the world. They operate nearly 500 hotels throughout more than 60 countries and they are currently recruiting for a HR Specialist to work alongside the existing team in the UAE to help move these ambitious business plans forward. The position is responsible for the implementation, compliance and follow up of policies and programmes according to local employment laws and procedures and adapting and implementing these according to the Corporate Human Resources Guidelines Manual. A key area of the position will be focused on compensation and benefits and the right individual will be operationally focused and will not mind being involved in the administrative side of the department. To be considered for this role, you must enjoy a busy and fast-paced environment and be highly organised. The ideal candidate will have at least five to seven years HR experience ideally with exposure to the hospitality market. You must be fluent in English holding a Degree and a tertiary qualification in HR or related field would be advantageous. http://www.charterhouseme.ae
